Consultation Requests

Submitting a consultation request does not guarantee engagement. We may decline requests that are not aligned with our focus or availability.

Confidentiality

Information shared during consultations is treated as confidential and used only to evaluate fit and provide strategic guidance.

Intellectual Property

All frameworks, templates, and materials shared by Liya Digital remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation

We are not liable for outcomes resulting from decisions or actions taken based on strategic recommendations. Implementation choices remain the responsibility of the client.
